From first call to a warm house. HOW IT WORKS.
No mystery, no surprise visits, no paperwork landing on your kitchen table. Here’s exactly what happens, and who does what.

STEP 01
Tell us about your home.
The free online estimate asks the things that change the price: your property type, how many radiators, whether you have a hot water cylinder, what fuel you’re on, and when you need it done. You get an estimate straight away.
Your part: a few minutes on the form, or one phone call.
-
STEP 02
A real person follows up.
Our team calls to firm it up: the right boiler and size for your home, and an honest view on what you need and what you don’t. If a repair will do, we’ll say so.
Your part: answer the phone. Ask anything.
-
STEP 03
Pick your day.
Accept the quote and we book you in. Same-day installation is available, and if you’ve no heat at all, we do 24/7 emergency replacement.
Your part: say yes, pick a date.
-
STEP 04
Install day.
Our own engineers take out the old boiler, fit the new Ideal and test the whole system. A straight swap is usually done in a day. Extra work, like moving the boiler, can take 1 to 3 days. We leave the place tidy.
Your part: let us in. The kettle is optional, but noticed.
-
STEP 05
Handover.
Before we go, we show you how the controls work and how to keep the warranty valid: register the boiler on time and have it serviced every year by a registered engineer.
Your part: enjoy the hot water.
-
STEP 01
Tell us about your home.
Fill in the free heat pump estimate. It takes the basics about your home and how you heat it now, so the first conversation is a useful one.
Your part: a few minutes on the form, or one phone call.
-
STEP 02
A heat pump consultant calls.
They talk through your home, your heating now and what you want from it, and book a time to come and look.
Your part: tell us what annoys you about your heating now.
-
STEP 03
Free survey.
We visit, look at your home and tell you honestly what it needs, and what it doesn’t. Built before 2007? This is where the technical assessment of heat loss comes in, unless your BER already shows a Heat Loss Indicator of 2.3 or less.
Your part: show us round. Point out the cold rooms.
-
STEP 04
We file the SEAI paperwork.
The grant application and the forms. SEAI has to approve the grant before any work starts, and the offer is valid for 30 days, so we line the dates up with you.
Your part: find your MPRN, the 11-digit number on your electricity bill.
-
STEP 05
Installed.
Our own engineers fit the outdoor unit and the kit inside, upgrade radiators where the survey said they need it, and commission the system. Usually around 5 working days.
Your part: live around us for a few days. We keep it tidy.
-
STEP 06
Grant claimed.
Once the works are complete, the grant is claimed: up to €12,500, where eligible. SEAI pays it after completion, and never more than the cost of the works.
Your part: nothing. Seriously.
Who does what. YOUR LIST IS SHORT.
That’s the point. You make the decisions; we carry the work, the forms and the old boiler out the door.

Install day, in their words. ON TIME. TIDY.
Real Trustpilot reviews, word for word.
They arrived on time, got straight to work and had us up and running by the end of the day.
Job done exactly as described. Stephen and Kieran were fantastic and did a great job at install, they were on time and completed the job in the described timeframe.
The lads did an amazing job, were very friendly and nice to speak with, and even made sure the house was tidy when they left.
Very responsive and courteous. Took time to explain detail behind quote.
