Enviroair heat pump
from€15,000
- Sized to your home: 6kW or 10kW
- SEAI grants up to €12,500, where eligible
- Installed in around 5 working days
A heat pump pulls warmth out of the outdoor air, even in winter, and moves it into your radiators and hot water. SEAI grants of up to €12,500 where eligible, and our office files the paperwork.
No flames, no fuel deliveries. Just a fan, a compressor and a loop of warm water doing the work your boiler used to.

01Outdoor air
A fan draws outdoor air over a coil of refrigerant. Even cold air holds heat, and the refrigerant soaks it up.
02Inside the unit
A compressor squeezes the refrigerant, which pushes its temperature up. It’s your fridge’s trick, run the other way.
03Your home
That heat passes into the water in your radiators or underfloor pipes, and into your hot water cylinder.

Move it over the house. Warm rooms glow. A cold roof means the heat is staying inside. And the air leaving the heat pump runs colder than the night, because it has just handed its heat to the house.

Five quick taps. We’ll show you which SEAI grants your home could get, and what they do to the price.
Both are air-to-water systems, both come in 6kW and 10kW, and both qualify for the full SEAI grant where your home is eligible.

SEAI’s grant is for homes built and occupied before 2021, owned by the person applying (landlords count too).
The 11-digit number on your electricity bill. The application needs it.
Heat pumps need a well-insulated home. Built before 2007? A technical assessment comes first, unless a valid BER shows a Heat Loss Indicator of 2.3 or less.
SEAI has to approve the grant before any work starts. We sort the application with you, so nothing goes in early.
Anything else, ask a real person: 01-906 9385
Yes. A heat pump keeps drawing heat from the outdoor air right through the winter. What matters most is how well your home holds on to that heat, which is why SEAI asks about insulation before the grant.
A heat pump runs the water in your radiators cooler than you’re used to, so some rooms may need a bigger radiator to stay just as warm. The survey tells us which, if any. Where upgrades are needed, SEAI’s central heating grant covers up to €2,000, where eligible.
Around 5 working days on site for a typical home. The grant approval comes before that, and we line the dates up with you.
We handle the paperwork with you. You’ll need your MPRN, and SEAI must approve the grant before work starts. Once you get the offer, it’s valid for 30 days.
Once the works are complete and signed off. The grant can never be more than the cost of the works.
If the one you have was never grant-aided, SEAI gives up to €6,500 (€4,500 for apartments) towards a replacement. The bonus and central heating grants don’t apply. Try it in the grant builder above.
